BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jef-
fersonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in
the City-County Building at Jeffersonville, indiana, on the
3rd day of June, 1974, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of con-
sidering and determining whether an emergency exists for the
passage of an ordinance making the following appropriation in
addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year of
1974.
Additional appropriations from Revenue Sharing Fund
for the Fire Department in the following amounts and
for the following purposes:

~726 Other Equipment - Fire Tools, Etc. 4,000.00
~ 71 Buildings-Structures-Improvements 6,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonvilte,
