An Ordinance Rezoning Certain Property From
R-2 Residential to E-2 Service Business
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that the zoning ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 1527, be amended in that the property hereinafter described
is reclassified and rezoned as follows:
From R-2 Residential to B-2 Service Business.
Recorded plat of Wm. C. Childress Subdivision
of Woodland Court, Clark County, Indiana, as
sho~cn in Plat Book 3 paqe 97.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Lots 1 and 2 and 7 through
23 inclusive; a 75' x 200' Lot sold to Faye
Crafton as shown in Deed Record 153, page 513,
and property sold to Southaven Subdivision as
shown in Deed Record 228 page 451, containing
0.818 acre more or less.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
