BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County Building
at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the4th day of .April ,
1977, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining whether
an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following
apppropriations in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal
year of 1977.
A special appropriation from the
Revenue Sharing fund for the Police
Department for (~322) gasoline.

A special appropriation from the
Revenue Sharing Fund for the Parks
Department for ($2~) Gas (heating).
An additional and special appropriation
from the Revenue Sharing Fund for the
purpose of constructing a roadway from
Highway 62 to the Shelter House of
River City Park.
Appropriation from General Fund for
the purpose of an additional Clerk-
Secretary in the office of the Clerk-
Treasurer for salary, Social Security,
PBKF and Hospitalization.
An appropriation from the General
Fund for final payment subsidy for
Mass Transportation

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give notice
as provided by law.
