Which Amends Ordinance No. 1622 and Section
11 of the City Code and Regulates Parking
and Other Operations of Motor Vehicles.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSONVILLJE:
Section One.
Section 7 of Ordinance No. 80-OR-6 is amended by adding the
following:
No. 11 East side of Martha Avenue between Katherine and
Carman Streets for the temporary period of each year beginning
May 1st and ending July 31st.
Section Two.
Section 10-A is amended by adding the following:
West side of Martha Avenue from 8th Street to Carman Avenue.
Section Three.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the Common Council.
