An ordinance Declaring $60,000.00 Surplus in the
Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP JEFFERSONVILLE:
Section One
That WHERE~ there is now a surplus in the Cumulative Capital
Improvement Fund in the Amount of Sixty Thousand Dollars and,
WHEREAS, it is ~the best interest of the City and the citizens
thereof that such sum be transferred to the General Fund fo the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, there is hereby transferred from the Cumulative
Capital Improvement Fund to the General Fund the sum of Sixty Thousand
Dollars.
Section Two
This Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
approval.
