BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that said Common Council hereby resolves that the City Attorney of the City of Jeffersonville is hereby requested to investigate the feasability and requirements of annexing a piece of property belonging to Charles E. Pryor located on Allison Lane in the County of Clark more specifically described in Exhibit "A". IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED by~, the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville that the City Attorney should report his findings to the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville at its next scheduled meeting.
