HomeMy WebLinkAbout1985-OR-16Pursuant To Public Law 54 ORDINANCE NO. 85-OR-16 AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN THE SAME DEPARTMENT WHEREAS, an emergency now exists and it has become necessary to appropriate more money for certain budgetary items; and WHEREAS, there is now within the same Department sufficient moneys to pay this additional amount. NOW, THEREF©RE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as herein- after set out within the Common Council budget be transferred indicated below: FROM #346 Water Services TO #202 Services Contractual AMOUNT REQUESTED $4,000.00 as AMOUNT APPROVED $2,750.00 This Ordihance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
