AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION VI OF
THE JEFFERSONVILLE CITY CODE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, that Section VI of the jeffersonville
City Code be amended to include as a Holiday for City employees
Martin Luther King's Birthday.
This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon passage
and approval.
