PRESENT(VIRTUAL):
CALL TO ORDER Mayor Mike Moore called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference
Room in City Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website. Andy Crouch,
and Rob Waiz, sat on the board.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Andy Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from May 20,
2026. Rob Waiz seconded the motion; vote taken, motion passed, 3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Rob Waiz made the motion to approve the payroll. Andy Crouch seconded
the motion; vote taken, motion passed, 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
Hearing none.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Brandon Hartfield —We will be starting road work for River Ridge Middle School beginning June
15t and will run through June 24th. The first week we will be fixing the median in front of school
to help with traffic pattern. Second week will be fixing the entrance of the school where you
can not turn left out of school. And last week we will be putting in an acceleration and
deacceleration lanes in for the school. We just wanted everyone here to be updated.
