MINUTES
May 13,2026

PRESENT(VIRTUAL):
CALL TO ORDER Mayor Mike Moore called the meeting to order at 9:31 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference
Room in City Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website. Andy Crouch,
and Clark Miles, sat on the board.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Andy Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from May 6,
2026. Rob Waiz seconded the motion; vote taken, motion passed, 3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Rob Waiz made the motion to approve the payroll. Andy Crouch seconded
the motion;vote taken, motion passed, 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
Hearing none.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Josh Darby—Approval of agreement for Spring Street Sidewalk Replacement
You have an agreement before you for Spring Street sidewalk replacement from 7th Street to 9th
Street. Contract is with Prime AE group. Andy Crouch makes motion to approve, seconded by
Rob Waiz, vote taken, motion passed 3-0.
2. Amber Ridings—Road closure
Special events committee met and approve upcoming events with one requesting a road closure
for June 13'2026, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for Grand Opening of Tox & Filler on 6th Street at
Triangle building. Closure is just in front of their building. Rob Waiz makes motion to approve,
seconded by Andy Crouch,vote taken, motion passed 3-0.

With no further business, Mr. Crouch made a motion to adjourn at 9:34 a.m.
