This Agreement amends a Note and or Security Agreement, dated 11-8-2023, between City of Jeffersonville(Debtor)
and First Merchants Bank successor by merger to First Savings Bank (Secured Party), referred to in this Agreement as Note and or Security
Agreement.
COLLATERAL AMENDMENT.The collateral described in the Note and or Security Agreement is amended as follows:
_XRelease Collateral. If checked, the following collateral is released from the Note and or Security Agreement:

TERMS PRESERVED. Except as provided in the Agreement,all conditions, warranties, representations, duties, disclosures and other terms of the
Note and or Security Agreement are preserved and remain in effect. This Agreement is made part of the Note and or Security Agreement and
amends the Note and or Security Agreement only as specifically indicated in this Agreement.
ADDITIONAL TERMS. If checked, Debtor and Secured Party agree to make the following terms part of the Note and or Security Agreement:
Debtor agrees to the terms this Agreement and acknowledges receipt of a copy of this Agreement.
