Scope of work includes all materials,labor and equipment needed to install approximately 600 LF of new 5'sidewalk on the E
side of Eastbrook Blvd. Includes curb ramps and ADAs at Castleton Apartments. As site conditions allow, layout will include
5'grass stripe between back of curb and sidewalk. All restoration will be seed/straw. Confirmation of ROW limits by others.
Miscellaneous Notes
-This proposal is based on MAC performing the entire scope of work as detailed in the project documents and this proposal.
Items cannot be deleted the without proposal being rebalanced and resubmitted by MAC
-Bid is based on normal work hours.
