MINUTES
March 10,2026
Larry Wallace called the regular meeting of the Jeffersonville Building Authority to order on March 10,
2026,at 9:00 a.m. in the Building Commissioner's Conference Room on the second floor.Jeffersonville
City Hall,500 Quartermaster Court—members present: Alan Conner,Bill Fry,Greg Miller,and Mayor
Mike Moore.Also,present Mary Frey,Administrative Assistant.
MINUTES
Alan Conner motioned to approve the minutes from February 17, 2026, seconded by Bill Fry, and
approved unanimously.
EXPENDITURE REPORT
Alan Conner motioned to accept the February 2026 revenue and expenditure reports as presented with the
recommendation to include invoice distribution for future reports, seconded by Mayor Mike Moore,and
approved unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
None
New Business
Larry stated that two treadmills have been replaced at City Hall for$7,536.36.
Larry stated that RKR Electric has repaired broken lights at City Hall,and that Koetter Construction has
repaired gutters.
Larry presented a proposal for City Hall landscape maintenance with Walnut Ridge for$7,163.61.Alan
Conner motioned to accept the proposal from Walnut Ridge,with a second from Mayor Mike Moore, and
approved unanimously.
Larry presented the cost for the Christmas decorations at City Hall,and after discussion,no action was
taken.
Mayor Mike Moore made a motion to adjourn.
The next meeting date is April 14,2026.
