REGULAR MEETING
MARCH 17, 2026
The Jeffersonville Drainage Board met on March 17, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers,
First Floor, 500 Quartermaster Court,Jeffersonville, Indiana. President Tim Franklin called the meeting
to order with the following in attendance:

Dale Sariscsany Robert Bottorff, Attorney
Arthur Guepe Patty Rush
Greg Lander(video)
John Ketenbrink
Albert Frazier,Jr.
Maxwell Malone
Absent were Andy Crouch, Ed Siewert, Shane Calkin,Adam Ross and Jason Poore
APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:
President Franklin presented the Claims in the amount of$19,295.61, asking if there were any
question or comments. Mr. Ketenbrink made a motion to approve the Claims as presented and
seconded by Mr. Frazier. Vote as follows:

Arthur Guepe Yes Greg Lander Yes (video)
John Ketenbrink Yes Albert Frazier Yes
Maxwell Malone Yes Motion approved unanimously
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
President Franklin presented the Minutes from March 3, 2026 meeting, asking if there were any
questions, corrections, or comments. Mr.Sariscsany made a motion to approve the Minutes as
presented and seconded by Mr. Malone. Voted as follows:

John Ketenbrink Yes Albert Frazier Yes
Maxwell Malone Yes Motion approved unanimously

ADJOURNMENT:
Mr. Guepe made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:35 P.M. and seconded by Mr. Frazier.
Our next meeting will be held on April 7, 2026 in the Council Chambers.
