Scope of work includes repaving section of Veterans Pwky using QCQA HMA Type B mix with 76-22 with a fiber additive.
Mix should provide more durability in this high traffic area.Pricing includes providing all MOT(and MOT plan), labor and
material to complete work. All striping in the work zone will be striped back using thermoplastic.

-This proposal is based on MAC performing the entire scope of work as detailed in the project documents and this proposal.
Items cannot be deleted the without proposal being rebalanced and resubmitted by MAC
