MINUTES
March 11, 2026

PRESENT(VIRTUAL):
Heather Metcalf City Controller.
CALL TO ORDER Mayor Mike Moore called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference
Room in City Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website. Rob Waiz and
Andy Crouch served on the board.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from March 4,
2026, Mr. Waiz seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Waiz made the motion to approve the payroll. Mr. Crouch seconded the
motion; motion passed, 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
Nothing at this time.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Amber Ridings/Paul Northam—Special Event application approvals
The following events came before special events committee and were approved, we are asking
for approval from this board as follows: 2nd Annual Jeff Summer back at Oglesby Park on July 11,
2026 3:00 p.m.—6:00 p.m.
Euro District Car Show—Fisherman's Wharf, October 3rd, 2026, 11:00 a.m. —6:00 p.m.
12"Annual 22 Ruck Challenge—Big 4 Park, May 16, 2026—6:00 a.m.—12:00 p.m.
Shakespeare in the Parks Tour—Big 4 Park, May 15, 2026—6:30 p.m.—8:30 p.m.
Back Your Blue 5K Run—Big 4 Park, September 12, 2026—5:00 a.m.— 1:00 p.m.
Mr. Crouch makes motion to approve events, seconded by Mr. Waiz, motion carries 3-0.
2. Larry Wallace—Approval of contract with Walnut Ridge
This is a contract with Walnut Ridge landscaping & design for 2026. This is for landscaping and
mowing maintenance. Contract amount is$7,163.00. Mr. Waiz made motion to approve
contract, seconded by Mr. Crouch, motion carries 3-0.
3. Mike McCutcheon—Approval of lease/rental agreement with Cunningham Golf Cart
This is a contract with Cunningham Golf Cart for rentals of golf carts for Thunder over Louisville.
We do have money in our budget. Mr. Crouch makes motion to approve, seconded by Mr.
Waiz, motion carries 3-0.
4. Andy Crouch—Approval of Task Order#2
The Meadows is having issues with getting in and out of neighborhood, so we are going to do
this study and see if there is anything to alleviate some of it. I have the money in our budget.
Mr. Waiz made motion to approve task order#2, seconded by Mr. Crouch, motion carries 3-0.
ATTORNEYS REPORT:
I have nothing at this time, states Les Merkley, Corporate Counsel.
ADJOURNMENT:
With no fur - ousines Mr. Waiz made a motion to adjourn at 9:33 a.m.
