REGULAR MEETING
MARCH 3, 2026
The Jeffersonville Drainage Board met on March 3, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers,
First Floor, 500 Quartermaster Court,Jeffersonville, Indiana. President Tim Franklin called the meeting
to order with the following in attendance:

Greg Lander Patty Rush
John Ketenbrink
Absent were Shane Calkin,Albert Frazier and Maxwell Malone
APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:
President Franklin presented the Claims for$10,886.40, asking if there were any questions or
comments. Mr. Lander made a motion to approve the Claims as presented and seconded by Mr. Guepe.
Motion approved unanimously
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
President Franklin presented the Minutes from February 17, 2026, asking if there were any
questions, corrections, or comments. Mr. Ketenbrink made a motion to approve the Minutes as
presented and seconded by Mr.Sariscsany. Motion approved unanimously
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS:
Kevin Taff with Blankenbeker&Associates addressed the Board regarding Trophy Ridge. A slide
presentation was shown regarding the Drainage and Grading Plans. This will consist of 42 lots for single
family subdivision on 16.5 acres and includes 2 detention basins. The location will be on New Chapel
and Utica-Sellersburg Roads. City Engineer Crouch had reviewed the plans and has no issues. Mr.
Lander made a motion to approve the plans as presented and seconded by Mr. Ross.
Motion approved unanimously

ADJORNMENT:
Mr. Guepe made a motion to adjourn the meeting and seconded by Mr. Lander. Our next
meeting will be held on March 17, 2026 at 5:30 P.M.
