MINUTES
March 4, 2026
PRESENT(IN PERSON): Andy Crouch, City Engineer, Rob Waiz Economic Development Director, Clark

PRESENT(VIRTUAL):
Mayor Mike Moore, and Heather Metcalf City Controller.
CALL TO ORDER Mayor Mike Moore called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference
Room in City Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website. Amy Huffman
and Andy Crouch served on the board.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from February 25,
2026, Mr. Waiz seconded the motion; roll call vote taken, motion passed, 3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Waiz made the motion to approve the payroll. Mr. Crouch seconded the
motion, roll call vote taken, motion passed, 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
Nothing at this time.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Kat Wang—Approval of art studio contracts
You have before you the annual renewal contract for art studio artists and the art mobile artists
for the year. Mr. Crouch makes motion to approve all contracts, seconded by Mr. Waiz, roll call
vote taken, motion carries 3-0.
2. Christy O'Neil—Approval of handicap sign at 804 Walnut Street
Debbie Miles called the office to request handicap sign at her residence of 804 Walnut St. Major
Mark Dobson made contact with homeowner and found the sign to be needed. Will need
approval from board to have sign placed. Mr. Waiz made motion to approve, seconded by Mr.
Crouch, roll call vote taken, motion carries 3-0.

3. Larry Wallace—Approval of Lawn Service agreements and Uniform Conflict of Interest
I have 5 lawn service agreements,Titan, Doug Morrison Construction, Marion Shepherd, Eric
Miller Bush hogging, and T's properties, Mr. Crouch made motion to approval service contract
agreement with all, seconded by Mr. Waiz, roll call vote taken, motion carries 3-0.
I have two conflicts of interest disclosure statements, one for Eric Miller bush hogging, and T's
properties, both are companies ran by people employed by City of Jeffersonville. Mr. Crouch
makes motion to accept uniform conflict of interest disclosure statements, seconded by Mr.
Waiz, roll call vote taken, motion carries 3-0.
ATTORNEYS REPORT:
I have nothing at this time, states Les Merkley, Corporate Counsel.
ADJOURNMENT:
With no further usi ess, Mr. Crouch made a motion to adjourn at 9:33 a.m.
