MINUTES
February 17,2026
Larry Wallace called the regular meeting of the Jeffersonville Building Authority to order on February 17,
2026,at 9:00 a.m. in the Building Commissioner's Conference Room on the second floor. Jeffersonville
City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court—members present: Alan Conner,Bill Fry, Greg Miller,and Mayor
Mike Moore(via zoom). Also,present Mary Frey, Administrative Assistant.
MINUTES
Alan Conner motioned to approve the minutes from January 13, 2026, seconded by Bill Fry, and
approved unanimously.
EXPENDITURE REPORT
Alan Conner motioned to accept the January 2026 revenue and expenditure reports as presented,
seconded by Greg Miller,and approved unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
None
New Business
Larry stated that Carrier has an appointment in March to upgrade the controls for new HVAC systems.
Alan Conner made a motion to adjourn.
