REGULAR MEETING
FEBRUARY 3, 2026
The Jeffersonville Drainage Board met on February 3, 2026 at 5:30 P.M. in the City Council
Chambers, First Floor, 500 Quartermaster Court,Jeffersonville, Indiana. President Tim Franklin called
the meeting to order with the following in attendance:

Dale Sariscsany Ed Siewert
Arthur Guepe Robert Bottorff, Attorney
Adam Ross Patty Rush
John Ketenbrink
Albert Frazier,Jr.
Maxwell Malone
Absent were Shane Calkin, Greg Lander,Jon Bischof and Jason Poore
APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:
President Franklin presented the Claims in the amount of$23,073.71, asking if there were any
questions or comments. Mr. Frazier made a motion to approve the Claims as presented and seconded
by Mr. Ketenbrink. Motion approved unanimously
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
President Franklin presented the Minutes from January 20, 2026, asking if there were any
questions, correction, or comments. Mr. Guepe made a motion to approve the Minutes as presented
and seconded by M. Sariscsany. Motion approved unanimously
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS:
Ed Siewert presented the 2026 GIS (Geographic Information System) Consulting Contract. The
consulting contract is being entered into by City of Jeffersonville Drainage Department (Client) and John-
Paul Brashear—X Marks the Spot GIS Consulting LLC (Consultant) this 18th day of January 2026 thru
December 31st, 2026. This will include Scope of Services, Compensation, Independent Contractor
Relationship, Ownership of Work Product, Confidentiality and General Provisions. Mr. Ketenbrink made
a motion to submit to the Sewer Board for approval and seconded by Mr. Frazier.
Motion approved unanimously
REPORTS:
City Engineer Crouch advised that our next meeting on February 17th, 2026, will be held in the
Mayor's Conference Room.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mr. Frazier made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:40 P.M. and seconded by Mr. Guepe.
Our next meeting will be held on February 17th, 2026 in the Mayor's Conference Room.
