MINUTES
January 13, 2026
Mayor Mike Moore(via Zoom), called the regular meeting of the Jeffersonville Building Authority to
order on January 13, 2026,at 9:00 a.m. in the Building Commissioner's Conference Room on the second
floor,Jeffersonville City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court—members present: Alan Conner,Bill Fry, Greg
Miller,Member absent, Larry Wallace. Also, present Mary Frey, Administrative Assistant.
MINUTES
Alan Conner motioned to approve the minutes from December 9, 2025, seconded by Bill Fry, and
approved unanimously.
EXPENDITURE REPORT
Alan Conner motioned to accept the December 2025 revenue and expenditure reports as presented,
seconded by Bill Fry, and approved unanimously.

None
New Business
None
Mayor Mike Moore made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Greg Miller.
The next meeting date is February 10, 20 6.
