REGULAR MEETING
JANUARY 20, 2026
The Jeffersonville Drainage Board met on January 20, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. in the Mayor's
Conference Room, Second Floor, 500 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville, Indiana. President Tim
Franklin called the meeting to order with the following in attendance:

John Ketenbrink
Albert Frazier, Jr.

Absent was Shane Calkin and Jason Poore
APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:
President Franklin presented the Claims in the amount of$22,402.45, asking if there were any
questions or comments. Mr. Ketenbrink made a motion to approve the Claims as presented and
seconded by Mr. Frazier. Motion
approved unanimously
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
President Franklin presented the Minutes from January 6, 2026, asking if there were any
questions, corrections, or comments. Mr. Lander made a motion to approve the Minutes as presented
and seconded by Mr. Malone. Motion
approved unanimously
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS:
On agenda was listed that Jesse Drake with Heritage Engineering regarding Bachman Dealership
to be at meeting for plans. Mr. Drake did not show up to make his presentation to the Board. City
Engineer Crouch advised that they are asking approval for another Bachman Dealership to be built off of
Veterans Parkway. They will have an underground detention. This will consist of 7.1 acres for building
and parking lot. Mr. Lander made a motion to approve the plans as presented and seconded by Mr.
Frazier
Motion approved unanimously
Mr. Ketenbrink suggested that if someone is supposed to be at the meeting for approval of plans,
and they don't show up, then it should be rescheduled for another meeting.

ADJOURNMENT:
Mr. Guepe made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:40 P.M. and seconded by Mr. Frazier. Our
next meeting will be held on February 3, 2026 at 5:30 P.M.
