REGULAR MEETING
JANUARY 6, 2026
The Jeffersonville Drainage Board was held on January 6, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. in the Council
Chambers, First Floor, 500 Quartermaster Court,Jeffersonville, Indiana. President Tim Franklin called
the meeting to order with the following in attendance:

APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
Mr. Ketenbrink made a motion to approve the corrected Agenda for January 6, 2026, meeting
and seconded by Mr. Frazier. Roll call. Motion approved unanimously

APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:
President Franklin presented the Claims in the amount of$25,668.93, asking if there were any
questions or comments. Mr. Frazier made a motion to approve the Claims as presented and seconded
by Mr. Sariscsany. Roll call. Motion approved unanimously

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
President Franklin presented the Minutes from December 16, 2025, asking if there were any
questions, corrections, or comments. Mr. Ketenbrink made a motion to approve the Minutes as
presented and seconded by Mr. Malone. Roll call Motion approved unanimously

OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS:
Kevin Taff with Paul Primavera &Associates addressed the Board regarding 1620 Allison Lane
which consist of.54 acres. They are reworking the property on the southeast corner of Middle Road and
Allison Lane. A new Convenient Food Mart building and pumps will be installed.They will be reducing
the amount of impervious surface with the new development required. City Engineer Crouch had
reviewed the plans and has no issues. Mr. Frazier made a motion to approve the plans as presented and
seconded by Mr. Sariscsany. Roll call. Motion approved unanimously

Mr. Sariscsany made a motion to continue the meetings on the first and third Tuesdays of each
month at 5:30 P.M. and seconded by Mr. Frazier. Roll call. Motion approved unanimously

ELECTION OF OFFICERS:
Mr. Ketenbrink made a motion to nominate Tim Franklin to remain as President of the Drainage
Board and seconded by Mr. Sariscsany. Roll call. Motion approved unanimously

Mr. Ketenbrink made a motion to nominate Arthur Guepe to remain as Vice-President of the
Drainage Board and seconded by Mr. Frazier. Roll call. Motion approved unanimously

Mr. Sariscsany made a motion to nominate John Ketenbrink to remain as Secretary of the
Drainage Board and seconded by Mr. Frazier. Roll call. Motion approved unanimously

Mr. Frazier made a motion to nominate Patty Rush to remain as Stenographer of the Drainage

ADJOURNMENT:
Mr. Guepe made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:00 P.M. and seconded by Mr. Frazier.
Our next meeting will be held on January 26, 2026 in the Mayor's Conference Room.
