(ECS) and the City of Jeffersonville. The agreement covers one (1) annual preventive maintenance inspection per siren. Repairs are not included in this agreement. The cost for the annual inspection is $450.00 per siren, per year. Following the inspection, the customer will receive written notification of any issues identified, along with recommended repairs. No repairs will be performed without prior authorization, and a detailed cost estimate will be provided for approval before any work begins. Inspection Equipment & Services Provided ECS will provide all necessary equipment and personnel to complete the inspection, including service vehicles, bucket truck or boom lift, and qualified technicians. ECS technicians will visit each siren site and perform inspections of the following components: • Grounding rods, grounding connections, and junctions • AC electrical service, disconnects, fuses, and/or breakers • Siren cabinets and enclosures • Utility pole condition (including level and structural integrity) • Conduit and weather seals • Electrical connections and junctions Radio Communications Closed Circuit Camera S stems Outdoor Warnin• Siren S stems Emer•enc Vehicle Li•htin•. Repairs that fall outside the scope of this agreement will require a written repair estimate to be submitted to the customer and approved prior to any work being performed. This agreement shall be in effect from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Beginning after the second year of the agreement, the City of Jeffersonville will receive a ten percent (10%) discount on all parts required during the effective period of the agreement.
