MINUTES
December 9, 2025
Larry Wallace called the regular meeting of the Jeffersonville Building Authority to order on December 9,
2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the Building Commissioner's Conference Room on the second floor,Jeffersonville
City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court—members present: Alan Conner, Bill Fry,Greg Miller,and Mayor
Mike Moore(via Zoom). Also,present Mary Frey, Administrative Assistant.
MINUTES
Alan Conner motioned to approve the minutes from November 4, 2025, seconded by Greg Miller,and
approved unanimously.
EXPENDITURE REPORT
Mayor Mike Moore motioned to accept the November 2025 revenue and expenditure reports as presented,
seconded by Alan Conner,and approved unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
None
New Business
Larry Wallace stated that Questec replaced the belts on the cooling tower, invoice amount$2423.00.
Programming on new units has been completed.
Mayor Mike Moore complimented the Christmas Decorations at City Hall.
The next meeting date is January 13,202 .
