Call To Order:
• Chairperson Freeman welcomed everyone to the meeting and called the meeting to Order at 5:36pm
• The meeting was held in Person at Jeffersonville City Hall, 500 Quartermaster court
• Meeting was zoomed live.

Old Business
• Approve the November 10, 2025 meeting minutes
o Motion called for approval by Commissioner Freeman
o Commissioner Uhl seconded
o The motion to approve November minutes- passed unanimously

New Business
o Johanna Peyron- leaving as secretary from committee- (Administrator Wang)
• Announcement made—Commission discussed getting a Thank you Card for her
service as secretary on the board- Admin- Wang will get and bring to the next meeting
for commissioners to sign.
• Decision made to not have secretary at this time
Budget: final word on budget—start with the 60K- all info to them in January
• Draft being made up- 2026-
o Budget: Final word: (Administrator Wang)
• Will start with 60K for the beginning of the FY 2026- details for full line items and
budget placement will be handed out at Jan. meeting.
• Awaiting council approval in FY 26 for any roll over from FY 25- hope to see that
around march/April FY 26
• Discussion (all commissioners) had about allocation for grant for Operational grant
received for FY 2206-
• -renovating Art center/putting in permeant classroom space/cleaning/ and new
kitchenette—will discuss and approve in Jan/Feb FY 26.
o Light up Jeff- how went?—Commissioner Reed and Commissioner Zavala attended and
stated: packed and fun, lots of people, and well received. Parade was great-
o Needs- concern brought up by 2 artists- organization- Commissioner Zavala and
Administrator wang, artists have expressed need for a"we art work space", cleaning in the
area, and opening it up to artist- to utilize, rent locker/
• Ask for design ideas
• Forms will be needed for artist to use the space- to ensure communal area is kept nice
for all to use- Admin Wang to work on that.
• make have of back area more permanent space—call for help for working- and
cleaning- goal of Feb. 1st, open doors- for season
o A couple of new projects in the works: (admin wang)
• UEZ- JPA was asked to help with new installation of metal "windows" for alongside
of Spring and chestnut, to help break up the space—Admin Wang working on design
and metal idea for them- fixed event

• 250th- July 4th event with Parks: Admin Wang: teaming up with Tara Young in Park to
do event for July 4th, Admin Wang applied for grant thru the IAC - $5000 applied for
to help with events to increase cultural/art through the ages. Fixed event-
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!

• Kim Freeman:truly enjoyed this year, making connections, and events have been fun
• Noah Aychby- kitchen and allocation to the art center-confirmed with Administrator wang
• Jackie Hawkins—glad seeking grants for the events
• Perla Zavala-happy get to do the fun stuff/happy to be a part of it, thanks
• Monica Uhl: more fun, work and fun, appreciative of Admin wang in organizing,working in the background,
and seeking grants for funding
• Meredith Clipp-Rodriquez: look forward to next year
• Allision Miller: no comments
• Donna Reed: no comments
• Amy Semones absent
