MINUTES
November 4, 2025
Larry Wallace called the regular meeting of the Jeffersonville Building Authority to order on November
4, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the Building Commissioner's Conference Room on the second floor,
Jeffersonville City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court—members present: Alan Conner, Greg Miller,and
Mayor Mike Moore. Member absent Bill Fry. Also,present Mary Frey, Administrative Assistant.
MINUTES
Alan Conner motioned to approve the minutes from October 14,2025, seconded by Mayor Mike Moore,
and approved unanimously.
EXPENDITURE REPORT
Alan Conner motioned to accept the October 2025 revenue and expenditure reports as presented,
seconded by Mike Moore,and approved unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
None
New Business
Larry Wallace stated that the wires in the new pump have burnt out. The parts are covered under warranty
but not the labor.Tuesday November 11,2025 the last HVAC unit will be installed.
The next meeting date is December5.
