REGULAR MEETING
NOVEMBER 18, 2025
The Jeffersonville Drainage Board was held on November 18, 2025 at 5:30 P.M in the Council
Chambers, First Floor, 500 Quartermaster Court,Jeffersonville, Indiana. President Tim Franklin called
the meeting to order with the following in attendance:

APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:
President Franklin presented the Claim in the amount of$415,664.81. Mr. Ketenbrink made a
motion to approve the Claim as presented and seconded by Mr. Frazier.
Motion approved unanimously
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
President Franklin presented the Minutes from November 4, 2025, asking if there were any
questions, corrections, or comments. Mr. Frazier made a motion to approve the Minutes as presented
and seconded by Mr. Malone. Motion approved unanimously
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS:
Jonathan L. McCoy with JLM Engineering addressed the Board regarding Woodland Woods.The
proposed project involves the development of a 26 lot residential subdivision and total site area is 4.976
acres. This current property was vacant and was covered with a combination of grass and woodland
vegetation prior to fill dirt and grading operation to clear and level property as a Phase 1 project to
prepare the property for development. The primary plat has been approved by the Plan Commission.
The proposed development consist of constructing an 850 LF roadway terminating in a cul-de-
sac. The proposed homes, on average will be 1,800 square feet with a 2-car garage with average
impervious area per lot will be 2,400 square feet. Total proposed impervious surface is calculated to be
96,000 square feet (2.204 acres). Slides were shown to the Board regarding area and City Engineer
Crouch advised they follow the Ordinance. Mr. Frazier made a motion to approve the plans as
presented and seconded by Mr. Sariscsany. Motion approved unanimously
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None
REPORTS:
Our December 2, 2025 the Drainage Board Meeting will be held in the Mayor's Office
Conference Room,Second Floor.
Attorney Robert Bottorff advised the Board he is mailing a letter to Debbie & Mike Bohanon,
122 Thompson Lane,Jeffersonville. This is in regard to erosion issues in the ditch at 122 Thompson
Lane,Jeffersonville, Indiana.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mr. Guepe made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:50 P.M. and seconded by Mr. Malone.
Our next meeting will be held on December 2, 2025 in the Mayor's Conference Room.
