PRESENT(VIRTUAL): Mayor, Mike Moore CALL TO ORDER Mayor Mike Moore called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room in City Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website. Shawn Grant and Andy Crouch served on the board. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from November 12, 2025, Mr. Grant seconded the motion; motion passes, 3-0. APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Crouch made motion to approve the payroll. Mr. Grant seconded the motion; motion passes, 3-0. OLD BUSINESS: Nothing at this time. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Scott McVoy—Approval to have Shop With A Cop roadblock The F.O.P. Lodge #100 would like to have their annual Shop-With-A-Cop roadblock on Friday, November 28 and Saturday, November 29, 2025 at Town Center Blvd and Veterans Parkway. They usually collect a lot on the two days to help children in our community. Mr. Crouch makes motion to approve contract, seconded by Ms. Huffman, motion carries 3-0. It 2. Kevin Morlan—Approval of contract for meter with Indiana American Water Co. Indiana American Water wants us to rent a flow detector meter at$200.20 per month. This is to measure water usage on hydrant there at Street Department. We use this hydrant to fill vac trucks, etc. I think we need to have a conversation with Indiana American to determine why they charge the city for this, says Mayor Moore. Mayor Moore makes motion to table in order to get more information and have conversation with water company, seconded by Mr. Crouch, motion carries 3-0. 3. Josh Darby—Prime AE—Approval of contract with City and Prime AE Group for sidewalks We are here to request approval of contract with City of Jeff and Prime AE Group to replace sidewalks on Meigs and Mechanic to 10th Street. The City received a federal grant for this project, we will manage the grant and do all reporting needed. Mr. Crouch makes motion to approve, seconded by Mr. Grant, motion carries 3-0. ATTORNEYS REPORT: I have nothing at this time, states Les Merkley, Corporate Counsel. ADJOURNMENT: With no furt - business, M,r.
