PRESENT(VIRTUAL):
CALL TO ORDER Andy Crouch City Engineer called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference
Room in City Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website. Clark Miles and Shawn
Grant served on the board.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Miles made the motion to approve the minutes from November 5, 2025, Mr.
Grant seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Miles made the motion to approve the payroll. Mr. Grant seconded the motion;
motion passed, 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
Nothing at this time.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Zach Thomasson w/ Excel Excavating—Approval to close road on Town Center Blvd
We are requesting closure of road on Town Center Blvd from December 1—5, 2025 for sewer tap. This
will be a full closure with detour. Any issues with Fire or Police?Asks Andy Crouch. No,we don't see any
issues, says Fire Chief, Shawn Grant and Police Chief Scott McVoy. Mr. Grant makes motion to approve
contract,seconded by Mr. Miles, motion carries 3-0.
ATTORNEYS REPORT:
I have nothing at this time,states Les Merkley, Corporate Counsel.
ADJOURNMENT:
With no further business, Mr. Crouch made a motion to adjourn at 9:32 a.m.
