PRESENT(VIRTUAL): CALL TO ORDER Mayor Mike Moore called the meeting to order at 9:32 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room in City Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website. Andy Crouch and Rob Waiz served on the board. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from October 29, 2025. Mr. Waiz seconded the motion, motion passes 3-0. APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Waiz made the motion to approve the payroll. Mr. Crouch seconded the motion; roll call vote taken, motion passes, 3-0. OLD BUSINESS: Hearing none. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Josh Darby—Approval of Change Order#2 Street paving project Need approval for change order#2 for CCMG 2025-1 Street paving project, cost of this change is $10,950.00. Mr. Waiz makes motion to approve, seconded by Mr. Crouch, motion passes 3-0. 2. Scott McVoy—presenting sealed bid for Police Department vehicle I am submitting a bid for2025 K9 vehicle for purchase, this bid was noticed in News and Tribune for 2 weeks and we only received one bid, says Chief McVoy. The bid we received is from John Jones for a 2025 Chevy Tahoe, and a $2,000.00 trade in, final cost is$85,358.50, says Les Merkley, corporate counsel. My recommendation is to take this under advisement pending legal review, says Les Merkley. I will make that motion says, Mr. Crouch, seconded by Mr. Waiz, motion passes 3-0. 3. Les Merkley—Approval of road closure on Friday, October 31, 2025 We are doing Trunk or Treat again this year in Steeplechase. We need to close intersection of Idle Dice and Justinian; Justinian and Idle Dice and Tooten Hill; and Justinian and Sporting Print. Barricades will need to be placed at 5:30 p.m. and should be finished at 8:30 p.m. Mr. Crouch made motion to approve, seconded by Mr. Waiz, motion passes 3-0.
