Mr. Avery—With what I am hearing, Jeff is the best place to live and the quality of life it at its
best.
Ms. O'Coffey—No Comment
Mr. Moore—Neighborhood meeting last night at Wathen Park with residents around there.
People are happy with all that is going on. The City did receive news today that the IEDC
awarded a$20M grant to the Jeffboat project. This was great news to hear and this in in addition
to the $6M awarded by the State back in December.
Ms. Perkins—Schools are chugging along. We have a ground breaking for the new Founders
Point Penguins today, it is needed as Charlestown Elementary has 1100 students this year.
