REGULAR MEETING
OCTOBER 7, 2025
The Jeffersonville Drainage Board was held on October 7, 2025, at 5:30 P.M. in the Council
Chambers, First Floor, 500 Quartermaster Court,Jeffersonville, Indiana. President Tim Franklin called
the meeting to order with the following in attendance:

Arthur Guepe Jon Bischof
Adam Ross Ed Siewert
Greg Lander(Video) Robert Bottorff, Attorney
John Ketenbrink Patty Rush
Albert Frazier Jr.
Maxwell Malone
Absent was Dale Sariscsany and Shane Calkin
APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:
President Franklin presented the Claims in the amount of$93,778.38, asking if there were any
questions or comments. Mr. Frazier made a motion to approve the Claims as presented and seconded
by Mr. Ketenbrink. Voted as follows:

G. Lander Yes (video) A. Guepe Yes
A. Frazier Yes J. Ketenbrink Yes
M. Malone Yes Motion approved unanimously
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
President Franklin presented the Minutes from September 16, 2025, asking if there were any
questions, corrections, or comments. Mr. Ketenbrink made a motion to approve the Minutes with
correction and seconded by Mr. Frazier. Voted as follows:

M. Malone Yes G. Lander Yes (Video)

M. Malone Yes Motion approved unanimously
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None
REPORTS:
Attorney Bottorff advised that our next meeting will be held in the Mayor's Conference Room
due to the Council Chambers being unavailable.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mr. Frazier made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:35 P.M. and seconded by Mr. Ross. Our
next meeting will be held on October 21, 2025 at 5:30 P.M. in the Mayor's Conference Room.
