Agreement:
The Agreement by and between Norse Tactical [.I.0"The Contractor" and Jeffersonville, IN Police
Department "The Client" and collectively"The Parties" as of this Day of
2025 the Contractor agrees to provide the listed services within the 2026
Calendar Year,subject to availability of scheduling and the client agrees to pay in full prior to final
schedule confirmation and initiation of services for Tactical Training Sustainment Package, the Full
Sum of: SEVENTEEN THOUSAND THIRTY EIGHT DOLLARS and 00/100 (S17,038.00).
*Contract Balance is due in full 30 days prior to training
*Cancellations*
Team Training Days:
• Notice Requirement: Teams must provide 30 days'notice for cancellation/rescheduling.
• Allotment: Each team has a I-day allotment for cancellation/rescheduling without penalties per year.
• Penalty Fee:After the 30-day window, a S200 cancellation/rescheduling fee applies for each occurrence.
Supplemental Range Days:
• Notice Requirement:Teams need to give 14 days'notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Penalty Fee:if notice is given within the 14-day window, a$100 cancellation/rescheduling fee is
invoiced.
Facility Rentals:
• Notice Requirement:A 14-day notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Penalty Fee:If-notice is given within the 14-day window, a$100 cancellation/rescheduling fee applies.
The Parties agree that all questions regarding specifics of the services have been satisfied respectively
to the questioning party and agree that all terms and conditions herein are acceptable to the mutual
benefit of the Parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands,or where said party is an entity, have
caused these present to be duly executed by duly empowered persons thereof, pursuant to proper
authority, to duplicate originals the day, month and year first above written.
