ARTIST ENGAGEMENT CONTRACT
AGREEMENT made this 14 TH day of October, 20 25
between The Santiago Firm LLC f/s/o Bobby V (Fed ID 46-4895279) (hereinafter
referred to as"ARTIST')AND Elizabeth Carter for City of Jeffersonville
(hereinafter referred to as"PURCHASER").
It is mutually agreed between the parties as follows:
he PURCHASER hereby engages the ARTIST and the ARTIST hereby agrees to perform the engagement hereinafter
•rovided, upon all the terms and conditions herein set forth, including those hereof entitled "Addi-Terms and conditions."

5. FULL PRICE AGREED UPON $27,500.00 (Twenty-Seven Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars)
Plus $500 ground buyout. Plus promoter to provide hotel accommodations for one night. Plus
mutually agreeable sound, lights, backline.
All payments shall be paid by certified check, money order, bank draft or cash as follows:
Signed Contract due to P.E.G. no later than Thursday November 6, 2025
(a) S14,250.00 shall be paid by PURCHASER to and in the name of ARTIST'S agency,
not later than Thursday November 6 2025
(b) $13,750.00 shall be paid by PURCHASER to ARTIST not later than
upon arrival at soundcheck via CASH or CERTIFIED BANK CHECK.Agent is irrevocably authorized to turn over
deposit tunas remaining in escrow to AR I I6I atter successful completion of engagement.
Agency to withhold 10%of total artist guarantee from balance as commission unlesss otherwise agreed to in writing
IF SCHEDULED PAYMENTS ARE NOT MADE ON TIME, ARTIST HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT
AND PURCHASER SHALL BE LIABLE TO ARTIST FOR DAMAGES, IN ADDITION TO THE COMPENSATION
PROVIDED HERIN.
