October 8, 2025

PRESENT(VIRTUAL):
CALL TO ORDER Mayor Mike Moore called the meeting to order at 9:31 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference
Room in City Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website. Rob Waiz and
Andy Crouch served on the board.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from October 1,
2025. Mr. Waiz seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Waiz made the motion to approve the payroll. Mr. Crouch seconded the
motion; motion passed, 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
Hearing none
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Scott McVoy—Approval of contract with Jeffersonville Police and Power DMS
Power DMS is a software program that will allow us to replace three programs we currently
have. This will be saving the City money, we do have money in our budget for this. Mr. Waiz
makes motion to approve contract, seconded by Mr. Crouch, motion passed 3-0.
2. Jay Thompson—Street Closure approval
Requesting approval of road closure at the intersection of Graham and Market Street on
October 15, 2025 from 7:00 a.m.—5:00 p.m. for a gate inspection, we are working with Flood
Control to complete this. Will this be a hard or soft closure? Asks Andy Crouch, we will be able
to allow local traffic only, says Jay Thompson. Mr. Crouch makes motion to approve road
closure, seconded by Mr. Waiz, motion passed 3-0.
3. Christy O'Neil—Approval of dumpster at 417 Charlestown Avenue
The homeowner contacted our office about placing a dumpster in front of the home due to
remodeling. Dumpster will be there about 3 months. Motion to table pending police and
sanitation department approval, seconded by Mr. Waiz, motion passed 3-0.

I have nothing at this time, states Les Merkley, Corporate Counsel.
ADJOURNMENT:
With no Nailer usin , Mr. Crouch made a motion to adjourn at 9:34 a.m.
