ORDINANCE DECLARING CERTAIN AREAS IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE
BE AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TARGET AREA
WHEREAS, the CommOn Council of the City of Jeffersonville
is authorized pursuant to the provisions of Indiana Code
6-1.1-12.1-7 to declare by ordinance that a specific geographic
