MINUTES
August 27,2025

PRESENT(VIRTUAL):
CALL TO ORDER Mayor Mike Moore called the meeting to order at 9:31 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference
Room in City Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website. Andy Crouch
and Rob Waiz served on the board.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from August 20,
2025. Mr. Waiz seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Waiz made the motion to approve the payroll. Mr. Crouch seconded the
motion; motion passed, 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Mike McCutcheon—Approval of contract between Jeff Fire Dept&Target Solutions Learning
We are requesting approval of contract with Target Solutions Learning, LLC d/b/a vector
solutions for training management platform. We do have money in our budget to cover this.
Mr. Crouch makes motion to approve contract, seconded by Mr. Waiz, motion passed, 3-0.
2. Paul Northam—Approval to hire to fill vacant position in Greenspace
We have a general laborer in Greenspace position that has become vacant and we would like to
hire to replace. Mr. Crouch makes motion to approve to fill position, seconded by Mr. Waiz,
motion passed 3-0.
3. Josh Lynch—Approval of Phlebotomy for Police Officer program
We would like to get approval of contract to allow 2 officers able to do blood draws, money is in
our budget. Mr. Crouch makes motion to approve request, seconded by Mr. Waiz, motion
passed 3-0.
ATTORNEYS REPORT:
Nothing at this time.
ADJOURNMENT:
With no fur e business, Mr Crouch made a motion to adjourn at 9:33 a.m.
