Fifth Amendment To The Lease Agreement
Between Jeffersonville Police Department, and
Jeffersonville Public Warehouse, Inc. d/bla America Place
This Amendment, effective upon execution by both parties, is by and between
Jeffersonville Public Warehouse Inc. (hereinafter "Lessor") with principal offices
located at 266 America Place, Jeffersonville, IN 47130 and Jeffersonville Police
Department with principal offices located at 2218 E 10th St, Jeffersonville, IN
47130 (the "Lessee").
Whereas, Lessor has heretofore agreed to lease facilities to Lessee pursuant to a
Standard Industrial Lease Agreement dated 8/1/2019. Whereas Tenant
acknowledges occupying 20,000 square feet in Building# 245A (Premises) and
both parties desire to amend the terms of the existing Agreement.
Now therefore, in consideration of the foregoing and the mutual covenants and
agreements herein contained, and for other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree
to amend the Agreement as follows.
Section 2.1 Commencement Date and Expiration of Lease Term is hereby
amended as follows:
Lease Term is extended 12 months and will expire July 31, 2026.
Section 3.1 Base Rent is hereby amended as follows:
Base Rent starting 8/1/2025 shall be increased to $1,836.00.

This provision is added to aid in clarity of the agreement:
ORDER OF PRECEDENCE
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this
amendment and any of the provisions of the Original Agreement dated 8/1/2019
the provisions of the amendments shall govern in all respects with preference
given to the most recent amendment.
All other terms and conditions of the Standard Industrial Lease Agreement,
dated 8/1/2019 amended are hereby reaffirmed.
