EXECUTIVE SESSION MEMORANDUM
The Executive Session was called to order by President Stoner. The
Council requested the presence of Les Merkley and Heather Metcalf to
assist in providing information for the purpose of developing a "strategy" for
collective bargaining.
Present at the beginning of the Executive Session were President
Stoner, Vice-President Burns; Mr. White, Ms. Semones, Ms. Reed, Mr.
Hawkins and Mr. Selling. Mr. Webb was absent until 5:25 p.m. at which
time he arrived and began to participate.
The council requested the participation of the Chief Kavanaugh to
discuss the issues related to overtime wages and for the contract
negotiations.
