REGULAR MEETING
APRIL 8, 2025
The Jeffersonville Police Merit Commission was held on April 8, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. in the Council
Chambers, First Floor, 500 Quartermaster Court,Jeffersonville, Indiana. President Jeremy Snelling called
the meeting to order with the following in attendance: President Jeremy Snelling, Vice-President Robert
Campbell, Scott Aldridge, Buddy Parker,James Polk, Attorney Robert Bottorff and Patty Rush.
Invocation was given by Robert Campbell.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
President Snelling presented the Minutes from March 11, 2025 meeting, asking if there were
any comments, questions, or corrections. Mr. Parker made a motion to approve the Minutes as
presented and seconded by Mr. Polk. Voted 5-0
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Chief Kavanaugh asked Major Todd Hollis to request a Special Meeting to be held on April 29`h,
2025 at the Jeffersonville Police Department at 5:00 P.M. regarding an issue.
Attorney Bottorff advised that the Rules and Procedures need to be updated and ask that two
members needs to assist. A date will be scheduled to review the Rules and Procedures that is
convenient for all parties.
CLAIMS:
President Snelling presented Invoice #00929 from Attorney Robert Bottorff for May 10, 2025 in
the amount of$750.00. Mr. Parker made a motion to approve the Invoice as presented and seconded
by Mr. Polk. Voted 5-0
President Snelling presented Invoice#2025-04 from Patty Rush in the amount of$100.00. Mr.
Polk made a motion to approve the Invoice as presented and seconded by Mr. Aldridge. Voted 5-0

ADJOURNMENT:
Mr. Parker made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:25 P.M. and seconded by Mr. Campbell.
Our next meeting will be held on May 13, 2025 at 5:00 P.M.
