REGULAR MEETING
MARCH 11, 2025
The Jeffersonville Police Merit Commission was held on March 11, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. in the
Council Chambers, First Floor, 500 Quartermaster Court,Jeffersonville, Indiana. President Jeremy
Snelling called the meeting to order with the following in attendance: President Jeremy Snelling, Vice-
President Robert Campbell, Buddy Parker,James Polk, Attorney Robert Bottorff and Patty Rush. Absent
was Scott Aldridge.
Invocation was given by Attorney Robert Bottorff
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
President Snelling presented the Minutes from February 11, 2025 meeting, asking if there were
any comments, questions, or corrections. Mr. Campbell made a motion to approve the Minutes as
presented and seconded by Mr. Parker. Voted 4-0
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None
CLAIMS:
President Snelling presented Invoice #00929 in the amount of$2,250.00 from Attorney Robert
Bottorff for the month of April 2025. Mr. Parker made a motion to approve the Invoice as presented
and seconded by Mr. Polk. Voted 4-0
President Snelling presented Invoice #2025-03 in the amount of$100.00 from Patty Rush. Mr.
Campbell made a motion to approve the Invoice as presented and seconded by Mr. Parker.
Voted 4-0
President Snelling presented Invoice #20-42845 in the amount of$1,645.02 from Ascension St
Vincent, Public Safety Medical for Austin B. Scoen with Jeffersonville Police Department. Mr. Polk made
a motion to approve the Invoice as presented and seconded by Mr. Parker. Voted 4-0
ADJOURNMENT:
Mr. Campbell made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:15 P.M. and seconded by Mr. Parker.
Our next meeting will be held on April 8, 2025 at 5:00 P.M.
