MINUTES
March 11, 2025
Larry Wallace called the regular meeting of the Jeffersonville Building Authority to order on
March 11, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the Building Commissioner's Conference Room on the second
floor,Jeffersonville City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court. Members present: Alan Conner, Bill
Fry, Greg Miller, and Mayor Mike Moore(via zoom),Also,present Mary Frey, Administrative
Assistant.
MINUTES
Alan Conner motioned to approve the February 11, 2025 minutes, seconded by Bill Fry and
approved unanimously.
EXPENDITURE REPORT
Alan Conner motioned to accept the February 2025 revenue and expenditure reports as
presented, seconded by Bill Fry, and approved unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
The Verdin clock maintenance agreement renewal was tabled at the February meeting. Larry
Wallace spoke with City Engineer Andy Crouch and determined the maintenance agreement is
necessary. Mayor Mike Moore motioned to accept the maintenance agreement, seconded by Bill
Fry and approved unanimously.
New Business
Larry Wallace presented a proposal from Questec for$ 46,350.00 to replace three HVAC units
in the Mayors area at City Hall. Alan Conner made a motion to accept the proposal, seconded by
Bill Fry and approved unanimously.
Larry stated that all condensate lines are being blown out and cleaned with bleach. He also stated
the motor mount on the cooling tower is being repaired. Work is being performed by Questec.
Larry Wallace made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Mayor Mike Moore
The next meeting date is April 8,2025
