ATTORNEYS REPORT: No Comment ADJOURNMENT: Mayor Moore said they just received a phone call from Vivera which is an assisted living facility. They requested an ambulance run and the ambulance Heartland showed up. The patient had died and the ambulance told the director there was nothing they could do and they left. He hopes everyone is paying attention to the fire territory/ambulance runs that is affecting everybody in Clark County, Floyd County, and various other places. This is not what an ambulance provider is supposed to be doing. Mayor Moore said they coordinated with the facility director to get ahold of the coroner's office but he wanted everyone to know what they are getting into. This is much more than fire services. The ambulance service they have is not giving the services they need.
