PRESENT(VIRTUAL): CALL TO ORDER Mayor Mike Moore called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room in City Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website. Andy Crouch and Clark Miles served on the board. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from February 5, 2025. Mr. Miles seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0. APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Miles made the motion to approve the payroll. Mr. Crouch seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0. OLD BUSINESS: NEW BUSINESS: 1. Paul Northam-Request for approval of special events applications as follows: (approved by Special Events Committee on 2/4/25)—Mrs. Ridings advised all of these were approved at the Special Events Committee • 22 Challenge Annual Ruck March on May 17, 2025 at Big 4 Park and along Jeff riverfront • Back Your Blue on September 20, 2025 at Big 4 Park • Kentucky Derby Festival 5K on April 25, 2025 at Big Four Bridge/Big Four Station/Louisville Waterfront—this will be a little different from previous years as they will be using the sidewalks close to Big 4 • Rollin on the River Beer Festival on June 7, 2025 at Howard Steamboat Museum • Spring Street Fest on April 5, 2025 on the 200 Block of Spring Street • Rock on Water Festival on September 6, 2025 at Riverstage- Mr. Miles made the motion to approve the events. Mr. Crouch seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0. 2. Les Merkley- Request for approval of Deed of Dedication of Public Right-Of-Way to the City from Hadley Commons Home Owners Association, Inc.—Mr. Merkley advised this was for a deed of dedication for a public right of way. This is in reference to the subdivision Hadley Commons. The Homeowners Association currently owns the street Hadley Drive and they are dedicating it to the City of Jeffersonville as a public right of way. It has already been approved by their HOA Board of Directors. Mr. Crouch made the motion to accept the deed of dedication as a public right of way for Hadley Drive. Mr. Crouch seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0.
