AN ORDINANCE FIXING BASIC SALARIES
OF APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
FOR THE YEAR 1990
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE,
INDIANA:
Section I
That from and after the first day of January 1990, the
following appointed officers and employees of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, shall receive the following base salary per
year.

CERTIFICATION COMPENSATION: An employee meeting the
requirement established by the Indiana State Board of Health and
passing the State Examination for Municipal Wastewter Plant Operator
Certification may receive $.85 per hour per certification level
obtained with a limit of ten (10) employees and approval of the Board
of Public Works.

All per hour rates are listed at the maximum per position
with the minimum of $4.9? per hour for full-time employees e×cluding
temporary help.
The City will pay the 3% employee share of P.E.R.F. for
civilian employees and will pay 3% of the employee share of the Police
and Fire Pension assessments.
