Performance Venue Name: Jeffersonville Riverstage 10. Performance Venue Address: 100 West Riverside Drive,Jeffersonville, iN 47130 11. Performance Date: IFri,Jun 13,2025 12. Performance Times: 7:30 pm- 10 pm(with 10-30 minute break-if needed) 13. The Crashers shall play no longer than a 2-hour set with no break. (please see line item#12) Payment Agreement 14. Payment: U.S. $10,000.00 (the "Fee") plus travel, hotel accommodations (if the event is not local), hospitality requirements, (as required in Section 14 and 15 of this Agreement) and local sound/lighting equipment rental(the"Incidentals")(collectively,the"Payment"). 15. 50%of total fee shall be paid as a non-refundable retainer upon signing contract. Date will not be held nor posted to social media and The Crasher's website until signed contract and retainer are received. Please make check payable to "The Crashers" and mail to 5713 Waveland Circle Prospect,Ky 40059. Balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event. We accept payments online through ACH as well as credit cards(2.9%fee added to all credit card transactions). Additional Details: Hospitality Requirements 16. Band and technical support staff(total of 12) will be provided, at the client's expense, a hot meal available one hour before the performance including dessert, 12 packs of Coca-Cola, 12 packs of Coke Zero,two bags of ice,two cases of bottled water, and a cooler. The water,ice,and cooler shall be available at the time of technical support staff arrival IN THE GREEN ROOM AREA,which is typically 4 hours prior to event start time.No alcohol is to be provided. The Crashers do not consume alcohol during contracted performance times. 17.The Crashers will be provided with a dressing room/green room for the entire event.This room will be used exclusively by the band. Additional Terms 18. In the event an opening/support act for the event is used,The Crashers shall be consulted first. If the act is to use The Crasher's equipment and/or technical support staff,an additional fee will be assessed to the client. 19. This contract constitutes a complete and binding agreement between the client and The Louisville Crashers, LLC. 20.In case of breach of this contract by the client,the client agrees to pay the total fee agreed upon as mitigated damages,plus reasonable attorney's fees,court costs,and legal interest that may arise from said breach. The law of the State of Indiana shall apply to any and all disputes arising under this contract. 21.The client shall hold harmless The Louisville Crashers,LLC against loss,injury,or damage of any kind to person or property at the place of engagement. The parties agree that the client has no ability to pursue individual members, employees,or contractors personally in any event. 22.The undersigned parties agree to be personally,jointly and severally liable for the terms of this contract. 23.In the event of rain,or any other event which cancels the performance and is outside the control of either party,the client and The Crashers agree to the following: • If The Crashers' equipment has not been loaded into the performance venue, the band shall keep the 50%retainer paid upon the signing of this contract, and no further payments shall be required by the client. • If The Crashers' equipment has been loaded into the performance venue, the band shall keep the 50%retainer paid upon the signing of this contract, and the client shall immediately pay the band the full balance of the agreed-upon fee. • In the event that one or more of The Crashers are unable to perform on the performance date for any reason unrelated to the client (for instance illness or injury), and a suitable replacement or replacements cannot be made prior to the performance date and performance time, the client shall have the right to terminate this contract, and the 50% retainer will be refunded to the client. Technical Requirements 24. The client must provide a stage for the performance. Minimum stage required is 16' x 24' x 3' tall. Outside performances require a roof, provided by client. Three additional 8x8 drum/instrument risers will be required,as needed. 25.There must be a minimum of six(6)individual 20-amp circuits accessible from the stage used exclusively by the band provided by the client. 26. The client must provide a 6'x 6' space for sound engineer and mixing console, 30'-100' in front of stage. For outdoor events, a roof/tent must be provided. 27. If needed, client will provide sound and lighting, meeting or exceeding The Crashers' FOH (Front of House)Engineer's requirements. 28. The Crashers have merchandise available to purchase, if the client chooses to have it onsite. Client shall not permit any other sale or distribution of merchandise bearing The Crashers trademarks or image without prior consent from The Crashers. If the client requests to have merchandise onsite, a one 20-amp circuit,not connected to the stage power, shall be accessible to the merchandise booth. 29.The Crashers have specific approved high-resolution media photos and logos that are available on our website at thecrashers.com/media. 30. The use of fog machines/hazers may be used during the performance, please make sure to aware the venue. 31. Setup is 4 hours before the doors open,and teardown is 3 hours after the last note.
