PRESENT(VIRTUAL): CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Mike Moore called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room in City Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website. Andy Crouch and Rob Waiz served on the board. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from August 28, 2024. Mr. Waiz seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0. APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Waiz made the motion to approve the payroll. Mr. Crouch seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0. OLD BUSINESS: NEW BUSINESS: 1. Josh Darby with JTL-Request for approval of traffic control plan for AIITerrain Paving and Construction for the construction of the Powerhouse Force Main Replacement Project for the Sewer Board (tabled from August 28, 2024)— Mr. Darby advised this was for a traffic control plan from All Terrain Paving for a project that is being done for the Sewer Board to replace the force main along 12' Street between Dutch and Main. They are requesting a full road closure but will be open to local traffic, which is just the Census Bureau. Ed Morris with AIITerrain was present to answer any questions. Mayor Moore asked how long this would be closed and Mr. Morris said it would be closed from September 9th until December 9`h from 7:30 am until 5:00. Mr. Waiz made a motion to approve the traffic control plan and Mr. Crouch seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0. 2. Matt Dyer—Request for approval of disposal of assets/recycling list for IT Department— Mr. Dyer advised this was a request of items to be recycled and removed from the IT Department's inventory. Mr. Crouch made a motion to approve the disposal of assets/recycling list and Mr. Waiz seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0.
