During this service,we will treat all brush,tree lines and all immediate areas around the main fire house for mosquitoes. Monthly Ongoing Pest Control Service Black Diamond will complete an ongoing monthly pest control service at a cost of $100.00 per month. During this service,we will treat all brush,tree lines and all immediate areas around the main fire house for mosquitoes. This service runs monthly April—October. Black Diamond will match competitors' pricing on comparable services. BLACK DIAMOND agrees to perform pest control services for control of common insects and rodents,a list of which may be made available upon request in the following areas: exterior brush area, tree lines and around building of property located at 5311 Hwy 62., Jeffersonville IN 47130 billing address if different: 2204 E 10th St. Jeffersonville IN 47130 for a period of one(1)year beginning June 2024 with automatic renewal unless notified of cancellation. Cancellation by either party must be made by written notice thirty(30) days prior to renewal date. If Customer cancels contract before the completion of a contract period,the remainder of the contract shall be due at the time of cancellation. BLACK DIAMOND is to provide service at a frequency of Monthly-Mosquito and more after if necessary to control infestation. In consideration of this contract,the customer agrees to pay BLACK DIAMOND$ 100.00 per service. If an initial clean out service was not performed at the start of the pest control service,and one is deemed necessary,there will be an additional charge.
