Training Development/Implementation $1,700/per facilitator; Art Educator Interviews/Selection $300 per facilitator For Clerk's Office to fill out Date uploaded to Gateway: VI APT NoCo MOBILEfi Training Facilitator Agreement I '� =o 4 2024 NoCo Art Mobile JEFFERSONVILLE PUBLIC ARI-- Compensation The Training Facilitators shall be compensated as follows: a.Training Development/Implementation:$1700.00 per facilitator. b.Art Educator Interviews/Selection:$300.00 per facilitator Training facilitators will be responsible for submitting detailed invoices to the Program Coordinator in order to be paid for their time.Invoices must be approved through the Jeffersonville City Council,which meets on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month.Training facilitators should expect to wait up to three weeks for compensation checks to arrive after submitting invoices. Marketing Jeffersonville Public Art reserves the right to document and market its programming as seen fit by administration.Any vendor, contractor,volunteer,or participant of public art programming gives full consent to photograph and media release for use in marketing materials,social media,and any other online and print channels. Acceptance into the 2024 Program does not guarantee acceptance into the following year. Independent Contractor Status The Training Facilitator(Contractor)acknowledges that they are an independent contractor,not an employee of the City of Jeffersonville.The Training Facilitator(Contractor)shall be responsible for all taxes,insurance,and other legal obligations associated with their independent contractor status. The content of this document constitutes the entire agreement between the City of Jeffersonville and Contractor. Lovist/1LLE KLf Alo�oG � r CONTRACTOR HOME ADDRESS Scope Training Facilitator(s)shall provide services as an independent contractor for the City of Jeffersonville, specifically for the NoCo Art Mobile program.The Training Facilitator(s) shall prepare,develop,and conduct the training process for the upcoming year's Art Mobile Program.Training Facilitators will also assist with the process of interviewing and selecting candidates as mobile art educators. Responsibilities: • Design,develop,and deliver training sessions to prepare selected candidates for a year's worth of public mobile art education sessions • Engage in any mutually agreed-upon meetings for the preparation of the training program. • Work in collaboration with the Public Art Coordinator/Administrator to develop, deliver, and incorporate necessary documents, including visual aids for the functioning of the Art Mobile training and launch process • Work in collaboration with Public Art Coordinator/Administrator in designing a structure for artists to identify community site needs and how they may meet those needs with their respective processes and expertise • Assist with venue preparations/setup for the training program • Be physically present and participate as a facilitator at all portions of the training sessions • Assist with the venue tear-down and clean-up process • Release the rights for the City of Jeffersonville's Public Art Program to use all documents, training aids,and curriculum designed for the NoCo Art Mobile training in future programming
